Psychologist, Counselor, or Social Worker

Empower Psychology + Wellness is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to provide therapy and assessment services to a diverse client population. Our mission is to guide discovery through quality psychological services that lead to self-empowerment and optimal living. Empower Psychology + Wellness is a private practice serving clients with a variety of presenting problems throughout the lifespan. The practice is passionate about expanding it’s mission and delivery of anti-racism and social justice oriented services. The practice currently consists of six psychologists and fourteen counselors. This position offers opportunities for development and leadership roles within an expanding practice.

Job Type: Full-time
Experience: 1-2 years (Preferred)
License:  LPC, LPCC, LISW, Psychologist, Post-Doctoral Fellow

Requirements:
•Broad range of child and adult assessment and therapy experience.
•Familiarity with Evidenced-Based Practices.
•Administering full batteries of psychological assessment
•Demonstrated ability to assume a leadership role in a clinical setting.
•Desire to engage in anti-racism work and work enhancing social justice
•Excellent interpersonal skills.
•Experience with Crisis Management.
•Strong writing, organizational and communication skills.
•Ability to multi-task and see projects through to completion is essential.
•Experience with electronic health records and computer skills.
